Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop individualized behavior intervention plans (BIP).
• Provide direct one-on-one support and implement behavior modification strategies with students.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure consistent behavior management approaches.
• Collect and analyze behavioral data to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.
• Support training and coaching of staff to promote effective behavior support across classrooms.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) or credential as a Behavior Specialist.
• Experience working in school environments with children exhibiting a range of behavioral difficulties.
• Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and behavioral intervention strategies.
• Effective communication skills to interact with students, staff, and families.
• Ability to work independently while being a proactive team member.
