About the Role
Exceptional clinical care starts with well‑supported clinicians. Our BCaBA positions are intentionally designed to provide clarity, stability, and professional respect, allowing you to focus on what matters most: delivering high‑quality, ethical, and meaningful ABA services.
This is not a volume‑driven role. It is a clinically grounded position built to support sound decision‑making, strong collaboration, and long‑term professional growth.
What Makes This Role DifferentA Thoughtfully Designed Hybrid Clinical Model
BCaBAs work within a clearly defined hybrid structure that protects both direct and indirect clinical time.
On average, BCaBAs spend approximately 23.5 hours per week in the field, supported by protected, paid indirect clinical time for:
• Thoughtful treatment planning
• Ongoing data review and interpretation
• Collaboration with supervising BCBAs
• Supervision preparation and clinical follow‑through
This structure ensures that your clinical decisions are intentional, data‑driven, and sustainable—without the pressure of unrealistic billable requirements.
Responsibilities
As a BCaBA, you play a central role in both client progress and staff success. Responsibilities include:
• Providing high‑quality supervision and mentorship to RBTs
• Leading parent and caregiver training to support generalization and long‑term outcomes
• Supporting clients through select direct‑care hours when clinically appropriate
• Collaborating with supervising BCBAs on treatment planning and case organization
• Ensuring ethical, consistent, and high‑quality service delivery
Your work directly strengthens treatment quality, clinical consistency, and team confidence.
Qualifications
• Active BCaBA certification (required)
• Bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
• Experience working in ABA or supporting individuals with developmental disabilities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Commitment to ethical, evidence‑based practice
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team
