Job Type: Full-time
Responsibilities:
• BCBA®s must maintain certification with the Behavior Analysis Certification Board (BACB)
• Create, manage, and oversee implementation of ABA programs
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments and create Behavior Support Plans
• Complete Intake and semi-annual assessments
• Complete criterion-based assessments as required
• Prepare progress reports
• Provide supervision to RBTs
• Assist in ongoing training of RBTs
• Provide Parent Training
• Collaborate with other service providers
• Complete 8-hour supervision training required by BACB
• Other duties as required
Qualifications:
• Master’s Degree or higher from an accredited institution
• Active Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®)
• Minimum one year of experience supervising behavior technicians
• Experience working with children with autism and other developmental disorders
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Physical Requirements
• Ability to lift up to 25lbs
• Must be able to sit on the floor or stand for extended periods of time and utilize quick body movements while working with children with challenging behaviors.
Other Requirements:
• Successfully pass a criminal background check including fingerprints
• Reliable transportation
• Active state-issued driver's license
• Current CPR Certification
• Current auto insurance policy
Pay: $85,000 - $105,000 a year, commensurate with experience and education
