Job Description
Behavior Analyst (BCBA) / Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) to join our growing team across Central Pennsylvania.
This is an opportunity to work in a clinician-led, trauma-informed ABA organization that prioritizes quality care, manageable caseloads, and strong clinical support.
What You’ll Do
• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA)
• Develop and oversee individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs/BHTs in accordance with IBHS standards
• Provide caregiver training and support
• Deliver services across home, school, center, and community settings
• Maintain timely, audit-ready documentation
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in IBHS-required meetings and care coordination
QualificationsRequired
• Active BCBA certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
• Licensed Behavior Specialist (LBS) – Pennsylvania
• Meets IBHS Behavior Specialist requirements
• Experience supervising RBTs or BHT staff
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Preferred
• Experience with functional analysis, PFA/SBT, or skills-based treatment
• Background in trauma-informed or assent-based care
• Experience in home, school, and/or clinic settings
