Job Description

ng approach, we deliver compassionate, evidence-based services while building a supportive team culture where our staff are valued as professionals. We are growing and seeking four dedicated RBTs to join our Ocala-area team.

Position Summary: Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children and adolescents with autism and related diagnoses in home and community settings with a highly skilled BCBA and BCaBA as resources for you. You will implement individualized behavior intervention plans with fidelity, collect accurate session data, and collaborate with families and clinical team members to support meaningful outcomes.

Responsibilities: • Implement behavior intervention plans as designed by the supervising analysts • Collect session data on target behaviors and skill acquisition programs • Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, community, and clinic-based settings • Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and team members on client progress • Maintain timely session notes and documentation per insurance and company standards • Participate in supervision, team meetings, and professional development • Uphold ethical standards consistent with the BACB Ethics Code

Schedule: Full-time M-F

Qualifications: • Active Medicaid Number • Active RBT certification (BACB) – required • High school diploma or equivalent (degree in related field preferred) • Reliable transportation to client homes in the Clermont/South Lake County area • Experience with children or individuals with ASD preferred • Must pass Level 2 background screening • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
