Duties
• Develop and implement comprehensive behavioral treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs, utilizing principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations to determine appropriate interventions and track progress over time
• Collect, analyze, and interpret behavioral data to inform treatment modifications and ensure optimal outcomes
• Provide direct behavioral therapy services to children and individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities in various settings
• Collaborate closely with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support generalization of skills
• Maintain accurate medical documentation, records, and reports in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies
• Lead intake assessments for new clients to establish treatment goals and develop individualized care plans

Requirements
• Valid Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
• Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and data collection methods
• Familiarity with medical terminology, patient assessment procedures, and medical documentation standards
• Ability to work effectively with diverse populations while maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA guidelines
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, team members, and external providers
• Demonstrated commitment to patient care, ethical practice, and ongoing professional development

Pay: $90,541.69 - $109,039.45 per year
