You'll work one-on-one with our client families, helping children learn new skills and reach new milestones. /p pbr //p pbWhat you'll do:/bbr //p ulliProvide in-person behavior intervention services in a home setting, school and community settings./liliCollect and record data on child behaviors. Help track progress, influence care plans, and celebrate milestones. /liliPartner closely with BCBAs and help inform treatment plans so children are receiving the best care possible. /liliPrepare various documentation as required/liliUnderstand and implement the Individualized Treatment Plan (ITP) as identified by the BCBA./liliObserve, measure, and record behavior, identify progress and regression in a safe and supportive environment./liliPrompt safe and socially acceptable replacement behaviors in order to build a repertoire of communication, social interaction, and problem-solving skills./liliAssures that behavior change is long lasting and demonstrates that the interventions being used are responsible for behavior changes./liliImplement the treatment plan goals and interventions utilizing sound judgment and seeks out appropriate consultation./liliCollaborates with family and treatment team members to provide treatment effectively and without disruption to the environment or other individuals in the environment./liliEducate parents on reinforcement and early intervention information./liliPerforms other duties as assigned./li/uldiv pbWhat you need: /b/p ulliHigh school diploma or equivalent/liliABA experience preferred/liliPass background check/liliReliable transportation /liliMulti-tasking skills/liliEffective oral, written, and reading communication skills/li/ul/div pbr //p pASC's mission is to create a culture that our employees are proud to be a part of knowing that our client's best interest is always at the forefront of company choices.
