Job Description
linois state line and easily accessible from Chicago's South Side, Calumet City, Lansing, Dolton, Harvey, and surrounding communities.
If you are a BCBA based in the greater Chicago South suburb area and open to an Indiana position, this is a strong opportunity. Our clinic serves a growing, diverse community with real need — and we offer the culture, compensation, and flexibility that large national chains typically do not.
This role includes clinic-based work at our Hammond center, in-home services throughout Northwest Indiana, or a hybrid of both. Indiana BCBA licensure required (we can discuss timing and support if you are currently Illinois-licensed).
What You'll Do
• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Supervise and mentor RBTs delivering direct therapy
• Provide parent training and caregiver coaching
• Monitor client progress, adjust programming, and maintain accurate documentation
• Collaborate with families, schools, and interdisciplinary team members
• Ensure clinical quality and fidelity to ABA best practices
What We're Looking For
• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Master's degree in ABA, psychology, or related field
• Experience with pediatric ABA preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
• Genuine passion for working with children and families
• Strong communicator who values collaboration and accountability
• Indiana BCBA license required — or willingness to obtain (support available)
Why Achievers ABA
• Starting salary: $108,000/year
• Performance bonus + referral bonus program
• Generous maternity/paternity leave
• Flexible scheduling — we work around your life, not the other way around
• Manageable, clinician-friendly caseloads
• Genuine clinical autonomy — you know your clients, we trust your judgment
• Supportive culture: humbly confident, good vibes, zero drama
• Collaborative team that is dependable, accountable, and invested in your growth
This listing is intended for clinicians based in the Chicago South Side, Calumet City, Dolton, Harvey, Lansing, Homewood, or nearby communities. This is an Indiana-based position.
