Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Oklahoma, United States, for a Director of ABA Services. The Director of ABA Services will oversee the development, implementation, and supervision of ABA programs for clients. Key responsibilities include managing staff, creating individualized treatment plans, collaborating with families, and ensuring compliance with ethical and clinical standards. The Director will also provide training and mentorship to team members, monitor client progress, and work closely with interdisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes.
Qualifications
• Expertise in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), including program development, assessment, and treatment.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring staff.
• Knowledge of family-centered care, including collaboration with caregivers to achieve treatment goals.
• Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with diverse families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Deep understanding of ethical guidelines and clinical best practices within ABA therapy.
• Relevant certifications such as Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and a Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) or other developmental disorders is highly preferred.
