Job Description:
As a Behavior Technician, you will play a vital role in implementing individualized treatment plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your contributions will directly help our clients acquire essential skills and enhance their overall quality of life.
Responsibilities:
• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and accurately record data on client progress and behaviors.
• Assist in conducting functional behavior assessments and skill assessments.
• Provide 1:1 direct ABA therapy to clients in a home setting.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including BCBAs, Speech Therapists, and Occupational Therapists.
• Attend team meetings and engage in ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
• Uphold client confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines established by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
Requirements:
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification or Behavior Technician certification strongly preferred.
• A minimum of 6 months experience working with children with autism or other developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass a background check.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
