pstrongJOB RESPONSIBILITIES:/strong/p

ul
liProvide direct ABA instruction according to the educational plan outlined by the Board Certified Behavior Analyst/li
liParticipate in collaborative team meetings with BCBA and other Behavior Therapists on the case/li
liCommunicate frequently with family members by providing debriefs at the end of each session, as well as resources and strategies that can be implemented in the home and community to promote consistency/li
liCollect daily data and organize child's program book weekly/li
liMaintain confidentiality of information regarding children and families in accordance with State and Federal regulations/li

pREQUIREMENTS:/p

pMust have a passion for working with children, families, and therapists!/p

ul
liAt least 1-2 years working with children ages 2-21 in a supervised setting/li
/ul

p OR/p

psuccessful completion of or current enrollment in an undergraduate program in psychology, healthcare, human services, education, or related field/p

ul
liExperience using ABA preferred/li
liHolds RBT Certification from BACB /li
/ul

pOTHER REQUIREMENTS:/p

liMust be self- motivated, a team player, and exercise patience/professionalism/li
liExcellent organizational skills with attention to detail/li
liExcellent communication skills with children, family members, and supervisor/li
liPassionate about helping children and families, and providing services of the highest standards!/li
liMust be comfortable working in a home-based setting/li

pPhysical Requirements:/p

liMust be able to travel to and from assigned cases including but not limited to driving personal vehicle, walking, and/or use of public transportation such as a bus or train./li
liThe ability to climb and descend staircases/li
liThe ability to lift 10 pounds regularly/li
liThe ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/ or crawl for extended periods/li
