Job Description
tient care to patients in our Sleep Clinic. This includes taking vital signs, performing patient intake, and coordinating with other medical staff to ensure patients receive the highest level of care.We are looking for someone who has experience in a medical setting, is highly organized and detail-oriented, and has excellent customer service skills. The successful candidate will be a team player, have a strong work ethic, and be comfortable working with both patients and other medical staff.The ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, and certification from an accredited medical assistant program. Previous experience in a sleep clinic or other medical setting is preferred.
Responsibilities:
Greet patients and take vital signs upon arrival at the Sleep Clinic.
Perform patient intake and coordinate with other medical staff to ensure patients receive the highest level of care.
Assist with scheduling appointments, ordering tests, and other administrative tasks as needed.
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure all pertinent information is up to date.
Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families.
Monitor patient progress and update medical staff as needed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Comply with all safety protocols and regulations.
Assist in other duties as assigned.
