What You'll Do
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and design individualized treatment plans
• Deliver ABA therapy and monitor progress both in-person and remotely
• Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians
• Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to align goals
• Collect and analyze data to guide treatment effectiveness
• Participate in team meetings and continuing education opportunities

Requirements
What You'll Need
• Active BCBA certification
• North Carolina LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst)
• Experience with autism spectrum disorder or developmental disabilities (preferred)
• Excellent communication skills and a client-centered approach
