Option to work full time or part time and have the work life balance that you need. Cases are located in one of our two Centers (both in Stirling, NJ) , In homes, preschools, and daycares. Choose your preferred location....and Your caseload may not exceed 5 cases. You will not be overloaded with cases!

BCBA Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments to identify patient needs and develop treatment plans.
- Implement applied behavior analysis techniques to modify behaviors and improve patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care for patients.
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Provide ongoing support and training to caregivers and staff on behavioral interventions.
- Stay current on best practices and research in the field of behavioral health.

BCBA Qualifications:
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and patient care
- Experience with patient assessment and medical documentation
- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
- Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations and behavioral therapy
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
- Familiarity with special education practices and data collection techniques

Responsibilities

  • Must be willing to travel to case locations (Direct hours and Parent Trainings are done IN-PERSON)
  • Case located throughout Northern and Central NJ (Bergen, Essex, Hudson, Hunterdon, Middlesex, Morris, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, and Warren Counties)
