Job requirements:
• Develops and implements client treatment plans based on mutually accepted goals in a professional, non-judgmental manner.
• Adapts therapeutic approach to meet the needs of individual needs of clients and across diverse populations.
• Contributes to the mission, vision, and program philosophies by way of work product and professional behavior with both colleagues and clients.
• Maintains confidentiality according to HIPAA, in addition to federal or state laws specific to disclosure of mental health information, substance abuse or psychotherapy notes.
• Completes documentation in the electronic medical record in a timely manner.
• Compliance with all regulatory requirements, as well as Company and Behavioral Health policies and procedures.
Skills/Knowledge:
• Effective oral/written communication and organizational skills.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent interviewing and assessment skills
• Strong ability to translate assessment information into a treatment plan
• Demonstrated success in working with a diverse patient population and community
• Demonstrated ability in managing stress and crisis situations
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal community resources available to patients
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Knowledge of legal guidelines relating to counseling
• Ability to learn basic Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate the English language.
• Ability to effectively communicate both orally and in writing
• Ability to follow written or verbal step-by-step instructions
• Ability to concentrate, think, and learn
• Ability to hear, see, sit, stoop, kneel, crouch, reach, lift, push, and pull.

Qualifications/ Experience
• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a behavioral science or related field.
• Unrestricted, unencumbered licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Indiana. Therapists who require clinical supervision will also be considered.
• Experience assessing for mental health emergencies and coordination of care.
• A minimum of 3 previous years’ experience working as Behavioral Health Therapist required.
Qualifications/ Experience
• Master’s or Doctoral Degree in a behavioral science or related field.
• Unrestricted, unencumbered licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the State of Tennessee. Therapists who require clinical supervision will also be considered.
• Experience assessing for mental health emergencies and coordination of care.
• A minimum of 3 previous years’ experience working as Behavioral Health Therapist required.

- •Under supervision of the Director of Behavioral Health Services at One to One Health, the Behavioral Health Therapist uses evidence-based counseling and psychotherapeutic techniques to assist people in identifying and resolving personal, social, vocational, intrapersonal, and interpersonal concerns and makes referrals for additional services as needed
