Qualifications
• MSW in social work, MA in psychology, or related field
• Previous experience with the SPMI population
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Associate Counselor (LAC) in the State of New Jersey
• Valid Driver’s License
• Bilingual a plus

$55,000 - $57,000 annual salary

Responsibilities
- •Provides crisis intervention services to assigned consumers
- •Performs crisis intervention, clinical assessments, risk assessments, diagnosis and intakes
- •Develops effective service plans and provides consumer with the appropriate referrals to any required services
- •Manages consumer caseload and ensures all clinical and administrative documentation adheres to the program’s standards
- •Provides direct assistance and clinical support to consumers
- •Collaborates with treatment team and performs on call duties on a rotating basis
