At Therapy & Beyond we approach the needs of each patient both individually and as part of a dynamic interdisciplinary team working with experts in applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy, speech-language pathology, occupational therapy, and counseling. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING AS AN AUTISM THERAPIST
• Taking and graphing data to document success stories
• Direct one on one naturalistic play based therapy in-clinic
• Implementing specified programs/procedures
• Communicating regularly and professionally with your Program Supervisor
• Attending team meetings and trainings
• Daily positive engagement with families
• Advancing your career!
WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN AN AUTISM THERAPIST
• Someone that has a passion for helping those with autism
• Someone that wants to be a lifelong learner
• Someone that wants to be a part of a great team and work with motivated professionals
• Bachelor’s Degree (or in progress) in the area of Psychology, Special Education, Speech, or a related field preferred
• Someone who is dependable, creative, innovative, and energetic!
