Part-Time BCBA (No Minimum Billables) | $70–$95/hr | Denver–Thornton

Most BCBA jobs want 30 hours of billables and your soul. We're not that.

Here's the catch: this role needs someone who lives along the Denver-Thornton corridor. One day a week is in person (think Thornton, Westminster, Broomfield, Loveland, or Fort Collins), and the rest is telehealth from home. If you're outside Colorado or can't make the weekly drive, this isn't the right fit - but we'll have remote-only roles opening soon, so keep an eye out for those.

What you're walking into:
• Low caseloads to start (2–3 clients)
• RBTs who stick around - 85% retention, so you're not re-training someone new every other month
• A supportive BCBA team (we have 100% retention of all BCBAs hired since we open 1.5 years ago)
• A full RBT training team handling onboarding
• Real case support - people who think through hard behaviors with you instead of leaving you to figure it out alone

Pay & flexibility:
• $70–$105/hr, based on experience and caseload
• Performance reviews every 3 months, plus bonuses
• CEU support - we actually send our BCBAs to conferences
• W2 option available after 3 months if you want benefits (or you can stay 1099 at a higher hourly rate)

Growth path: Want to lead your own team down the road? Jump into school collaboration, clinical direction, or supervising trainees? Those are options as we grow. We're opening our 3rd location in another state this year and looking for A-players in Colorado to help oversee the team.
