As a BCBA with G & A, you will lead the development and oversight of individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians and analysts, provide caregiver training, and ensure fidelity to evidence-based practices and ethical standards. Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Analyze clinical data and adjust programming based on progress and client needs Supervise and provide ongoing training to RBTs and BCaBAs Deliver caregiver training and support to promote generalization and treatment success Ensure treatment integrity and compliance with BACB ethical guidelines and payer requirements Collaborate with families, schools, and multidisciplinary teams Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification (required) Experience providing ABA services to children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills Excellent written and verbal communication abilities Ability to work independently and as part of a clinical team Bilingual English/Spanish a plus, but not required What We Offer:
