Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Lithia, FL (Full-time)

Location/commute: Ability to commute to Lithia, FL (zip code – 33547)

Schedule: Flexible based on caseload and client schedules, ranging 8:00am–6:00pm

Full-time role with billable expectations of 27–30 hours/week

Job Overview

Our client is a growing ABA therapy company —and they’re looking for a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to help deliver high-quality pediatric ABA services for children ages 6 weeks to 18 years. In their integrated academic/clinic setting, you’ll play a key role in shaping individualized treatment plans, supervising and training RBTs/BTs, and partnering closely with families and schools to support meaningful, measurable outcomes. Required Skills BCBA certification (required) Ability to provide high-quality ABA services in a pediatric setting Experience/comfort with supervising and training RBTs/BTs and supporting a positive clinical culture Strong skills in conducting behavioral assessments and using results to develop and oversee treatment plans (e.g., VB-MAPP, AFLS, PEAK, Socially Savvy, ESDM) Ability to collaborate effectively with families through meetings and parent training Comfort partnering with a multidisciplinary team (including speech and occupational therapy) Proven capability to manage a caseload independently (high autonomy)

Preferred Education and Experience Experience contributing to program/system development as a clinic scales Familiarity with a variety of ABA treatment models and learning strategies for different age/skill groups Experience working in environments that include caregiver training and frequent caregiver involvement/observation Preferred: BCBA credentialed clinician with relevant pediatric ABA experience 1-2 yrs Candidates should be able to perform core BCBA responsibilities, including assessments, treatment plan oversight, and supervision of RBTs/BTs. Other Requirements Special requirement (in-network credentialing): Due to a current panel moratorium, candidates must already be individually contracted with Lucet / Florida Blue as an in-network behavior health/ABA provider in Florida. The selected BCBA will work with the credentialing team and Lucet/Florida Blue to associate their existing contract with company’s group practice.
