What
You’ll Do
• Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized, evidence‑based treatment plans rooted in the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Provide ongoing clinical supervision, coaching, and mentorship to RBTs and Lead Therapists to ensure high‑quality care and support professional growth.
• Analyze data trends, monitor treatment fidelity, and adjust programming based on client progress and clinical needs.
• Collaborate closely with families by providing parent coaching, progress updates, and ongoing support to promote consistency across settings.
• Lead interdisciplinary discussions, clinical team meetings, and collaborative problem‑solving to support each child’s development.
• Manage a caseload of 6–8 clients while maintaining a billable expectation of 28 hours.

Competitive Pay Based on Your Experience &
Education:
• Annual Starting Salary: $74,000–$85,000, based on experience.
• Eligibility to earn up to $11,400 in annual bonus potential.
• Annual continuing education stipend of $1,000
