Your Role and Responsibilities:
• Design and implement individualized treatment and behavioral support plans.
• Develop new programs and adjust existing ones based on ongoing assessment.
• Collaborate with a treatment team including directors, parents, and other support networks.
• Provide training, supervision, and support to clinicians and therapists.
• Maintain open communication with funding sources regarding client progress.
• Balance a caseload of billable hours alongside supervisory duties.
What Were Looking For:
• Required: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification OR a Masters degree with completed ABA coursework.
• Required: Knowledge of ABA and Discrete Trial Training (DTT).
• Valid drivers license and reliable, insured transportation.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English; fluency in a foreign language is a plus.
• Ability to engage in higher-level management functions as needed.
• Strong communication skills to routinely engage with team members regarding schedules and client needs.
