Job Description
PlutoCare ABA is looking for passionate, reliable, and playful RBTs to join our growing team in Northwest Arkansas. If you love working with children, value compassionate care, and want to be part of a supportive clinical team, we would love to meet you.
We are hiring:
RBT
Starting pay: $24-$30/hour, based on experience, reliability, availability, and clinical skill.
Senior RBT
Pay: $35-$45/hour, for experienced RBTs who demonstrate strong clinical judgment, excellent documentation, leadership, and the ability to support complex cases.
