What You'll Do
As a Behavior Technician, you will provide one-on-one support to children with autism in their homes while implementing therapy programs designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Responsibilities Include
• Engaging children in structured learning and play-based therapy activities
• Supporting the development of communication, social, and life skills
• Collecting simple data during sessions to monitor progress
• Encouraging independence and celebrating developmental milestones
Basic Qualifications
We are looking for individuals who are compassionate, dependable, and eager to learn.
Requirements Include
• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to sit on the floor and actively engage with children
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between client homes in the Queen Creek area
