As a Sr. Clinical Development and Medical Affairs Project Lead supporting the Project Management Clinical Research team, you will be trusted to work on planning, directing, creating, and communicating clinical study timelines at Johns Creek, Georgia, in the United States. In this role, a typical day will include: Gathering input from cross-functional teams and creating plans that help the team produce deliverables on schedule Ensuring consistency of clinical study processes across trials Overseeing and resolving operational aspects of clinical trials in conjunction with project teams and in accordance with SOP, GCP, and country regulations such as site and vendor selection, preparing clinical trial budgets Ensuring studies are conducted within clinical trial protocols Monitoring progress and following up with team members and line managers when issues develop Implementing and preparing the clinical development strategy as outlined by the clinical teams Developing recruitment strategies for the trial in the program WHAT YOU'LL BRING TO ALCON: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school +15 yrs; Associate +11 yrs; M.S. +4 yrs; PhD +3 yrs) The ability to fluently read, write, understand, and communicate in English 7 years of relevant experience Travel Requirements: Up to 15% HOW YOU CAN THRIVE AT ALCON: Collaborate cross-functionally and handle the clinical study timelines Relocation is available Sponsorship is not available #J-18808-Ljbffr
