What You'll Do
• Provide one-on-one support to children with disabilities or behavioral challenges
• Implement individualized treatment plans designed by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Use Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies to support academic, behavioral, and emotional growth
• Track and document client progress
• Collaborate with therapy team members and attend ongoing training sessions
• Create a positive, safe, and supportive environment where children can thrive

Requirements
• No prior certification required at hire – we provide assistance with RBT training
• Must obtain RBT and CPR certification within 30 days of hire
Work Schedule & Locations
• Multiple shifts available: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Some services may be provided in clients' homes, schools, or community settings throughout the Cleveland–Akron area
