Role Description
The BCBA will be working primarily with medicaid clients and must be in netwirk etc and experienced. They will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, and providing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients. Additional responsibilities include training and supervising Behavior Technicians, monitoring client progress, and collaborating with families and caregivers to support developmental goals. This is a part-time position based in Coweta, OK, and requires on-site presence during scheduled hours.
Qualifications
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis, including assessment, treatment planning, and implementation of therapeutic plans
• Supervisory skills to oversee and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other team members
• Strong skills in data collection, analysis, and report writing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members
• BCBA certification and relevant licensure in the state
• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and ongoing professional development in ABA therapy
• Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to work part-time on-site
• Previous experience working with children with autism or related developmental disorders is strongly preferred
• Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or a related field is required
