Now Hiring ABA Behavior Technicians/RBTs – Daytime & Afternoon Shifts!
• Location: Albany County, NY
• Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT
• Compensation: $25–35/hr (based on experience)
• Type: Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week)
• Shifts: Daytime/ Afternoons/Evenings (3–5 hrs/day, vary by client)
Daytime Schedules:
• Latham, NY: M-F: 9AM- 2PM
Afternoon Schedules:
• Albany, NY: M-F: 2-5PM or 3-6PM
About Compass ABA:
• As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism.
• Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills.
• Work in homes or community settings.
Responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT:
• Adventure Guide: Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
• Behavior Navigator & Skill Scout: Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence.
• Team Explorer: Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans.
• Compass of Compassion: Offer encouragement and care during sessions.
• Calm Captain: Create a safe, structured learning environment.
• Progress Compass: Collect and record data to guide treatment.
• Learning Navigator: Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT.
Requirements:
• High School Diploma (college preferred).
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements.
• Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities.
• Experience with children/autism preferred.
• Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort.
