We want to add a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to our tight-knit team. This position is thoroughly clinic-based and subject to operating hours between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM.
Qualification:
Ideal candidates have qualifications as an RBT, behavioral technician, mental health technician, or ABA therapist and/or experience working in special education, childcare, or early childhood education.

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
Responsibilities:
- Primarily working one-on-one with kids with autism
- Having at least experience working in the ABA or related field
- Dedicated to serving and caring for our families
- Passionate about serving kids with autism
- Creative and skilled with naturalistic teaching strategies
- Solid leader who works collaboratively with peers
- Believes in Fun
Compensation:
- Competitive compensation.
- $500 Sign-on bonus for full-time RBT-certified candidates.
- Paid training program for BT trainees.
- $2,000 annual attendance and retention bonus (paid quarterly).
- Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and 401K with matching, as well as free access to urgent care telehealth.
- Paid maternity leave for all full-time employees and short-term disability options.
- Two weeks of paid Holidays, three weeks of accrued Paid Time Off (PTO), and paid birthday off. Increased PTO accrual with tenure.

- Flexible scheduling within operating hours (8:30 AM—55:00 PM). Full-time eligible for benefits. Full-time positions are guaranteed 35 hours per week. No same-day schedule change, regardless of client cancellations.
- Fieldwork mentorship program offered to BCBA candidates
- Apprenticeship program for BCBA/ BCaBA candidates
- $10 weekly credit for delivered lunches.

- Center-based service only in a beautiful and modern 10,000+ sqft building, including an outdoor heated swimming pool, indoor and outdoor playscapes for preschool-age children, and a life skill teaching center for school-aged kids.
- Our South Austin location offers in-house Speech and Occupational Therapy, as well as a non-profit, private elementary school that serves autistic children.
