What You’ll Do
As an RBT with Cross River Therapy, you’ll provide in-home and community-based ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). You’ll implement individualized treatment plans created and supervised by a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include:
• Providing direct 1:1 behavioral service in both individual and group settings
• Running skill-building programs using ABA and Verbal Behavior principles
• Maintaining client program books and completing weekly documentation
• Collaborating with BCBAs to support each child’s treatment goals
• Upholding professionalism, confidentiality, and client safety at all times
• Participating in professional development opportunities
• Performing additional duties as needed
What We’re Looking For
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with individuals with special needs (preferred)
• Valid driver’s license
• Registered Behavior Technician certification preferred.
• Monday to Friday
• Multiple locations
