Job Description

s (ABA) therapy for individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism.

Responsibilities:
• Conduct functional assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans aligned with patient needs.
• Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) providing behavioral therapy and interventions to improve social, communication, and adaptive skills.
• Monitor and track patient progress through systematic data collection and analysis.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers, educators, and caregivers to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide training and support to parents and caregivers in implementing behavior-management strategies.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date behavioral documentation and records.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree from an accredited institution in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
• Active BCBA / BCaBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities.
• Proficient in conducting assessments and developing intervention/treatment plans.
• Strong knowledge of ACA/ABA principles, behavioral techniques, and special-education laws/regulations.
• Strong understanding of medical and behavioral health terminology and good collaboration and communication skills.
