Responsibilities
• Provide one-on-one ABA services using evidence-based interventions
• Implement skill-building and behavior intervention plans
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Willingness to learn and passion for working with children with Autism
• Patience, compassion, and ability to remain calm in challenging situations
• Reliable transportation

Need to Know
• Services provided in clients’ homes or community-based settings
• All positions start part-time
• Required to complete the 40-hour Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) course
• Minimum 6-month commitment required

• Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
• After-school programs or camp counseling
• Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
