Job Summary:
WonderWay ABA is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team. As a Behavior Technician, you will assist BCBA/LBAs in implementing individualized behavior reduction and skill acquisition treatment plans for clients with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementing individualized treatment plans designed by BCBA/LBA for clients in their homes, schools, and treatment centers to reduce negative behaviors and teach new skills
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in-clinic and community-based settings
• Accurately record and monitor client data to measure progress and effectiveness of the individualized treatment plan
• Support BCBA/LBA in training families on implementing individualized treatment plans
• Maintain clear communication with clients, families, and supervisors to ensure client progress and satisfaction
• Respond promptly to clients' and families' needs and requests
• Complete any other tasks assigned by BCBA/LBA
Qualifications:
• RBT certification or willing to obtain certification within the first 90 days of employment
• Access to reliable transportation to travel to client locations
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in related field (preferred)
• Experience working with children with ASD
• Excellent project management skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality of client information
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
