💰 $24.50 - $28.43/hr*
• Salary is based on experience, credentials, education, and language skills used in the role (50%+ bilingual application).

TES Academy is a non-public charter school trusted by many Northeast Ohio school districts to support students requiring intensive behavioral and educational services. Students range in age from 3 to 21 and have various academic and functional skill levels. With small class sizes, low student-to-staff ratios, and a highly collaborative interdisciplinary team, we prioritize personalized learning, positive intervention strategies, safety and growth. 🎯 What You'll Do:
• Provide 1:1 behavioral support to students
• Provide guidance to staff and families
• Develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
• Write IEP goals and objectives
• Implement and oversee crisis plans including, de-escalation, restraints and seclusion
• Maintain clear documentation and track student progress
• Mentor, train and collaborate with classroom staff in behavioral interventions
• Support families and staff with evidence-based strategies
• What You'll Need:
• Valid BCaBA licensure
• Access to a mobile phone (for email) & basic internet (if working offsite)
• Current TB test (within the last 12 months)
• Must pass BCI/FBI background check
• Reliable transportation and appropriate auto insurance (25/50k coverage)
• Must be able to physically intervene, when necessary
