Position Overview

We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA®) who is passionate about delivering high-quality, client-centered care. This role blends compassionate clinical work with strong leadership, organizational, and operational skills.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and guidance to RBTs and team members
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Balance clinical responsibilities with operational expectations

Required Qualifications
• Active BCBA & COBA certification
• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background checks and provide 3 professional references

Preferred Skills & Experience
• 3+ years of experience as a BCBA
• Strong leadership skills, previous management/supervisory of direct reports experience preferred
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Excellent communication skills with families and team members
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable balancing clinical care with operational priorities
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive) and/or Excel
• Experience with Apple/Macintosh systems
• Experience working with EMR (electronic medical recording) systems and integration
