Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Compensation
• $85,000 - $95,000 per year (based on experience and caseload)
• Performance-based bonus opportunities
Job Types

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities
• Provide direct supervision and support to RBTs delivering ABA services
• Conduct initial and ongoing assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Monitor client progress and adjust programming as needed
Collaborate with families to support progress and generalization of skills
• Ensure documentation and services meet clinical and compliance standards
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications
• Current BCBA certification (required)
• Experience in ABA therapy (clinical leadership a plus, but not required)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to client-centered care and teamwork
Location
• Primary service area:
Little Rock, AR
• Hybrid model: in-home in School services with flexibility for remote documentation
