Job Description

Job Overview

Flourishing Minds ABA is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. We are committed to providing high-quality, individualized ABA services to children and families while creating a supportive and collaborative environment for our clinicians.

This position offers flexibility, clinical autonomy, and strong administrative support so that our BCBAs can focus on what matters most, improving client outcomes and supporting families.

Qualifications

Required:
• Active BCBA certification in good standing with the BACB.
• Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client locations as needed.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Active NJ LBA certification or certification to be obtained within the first 60 days of employment.

Preferred:
• Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Experience supervising RBTs and providing parent training.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
