Job Description

Behavior Technician (BT) School-Based | Rialto, CA | $27$30/hr
ProCare Therapy is seeking an experienced Behavior Technician (BT) to join a school team in Rialto, California. This full-time opportunity offers 32.5 hours per week working with elementary-aged students who require intensive behavioral support within a classroom setting.

Position Responsibilities:
• Deliver one-on-one and small-group behavioral support services to students
• Assist students exhibiting challenging behaviors, including aggression, elopement, and self-injurious behaviors
• Carry out individualized behavior plans and intervention strategies as directed by the behavioral team
• Track, record, and maintain accurate behavioral data and progress notes
• Partner with teachers, specialists, and support staff to promote student success and positive outcomes

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2 years of ABA-related experience, preferably in a school environment
• RBT certification is welcome but not required for candidates with strong hands-on experience
• Background working with students demonstrating significant behavioral challenges is highly preferred
• Strong communication, collaboration, and behavior management skills
