Your Responsibilities:
• Inspire and guide Behavior Technicians to implement treatment plans effectively.
• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop innovative ABA programs tailored to meet client needs.
• Exhibit professionalism and adaptability in challenging situations, seeking continuous personal and professional growth.
• Foster open communication and collaboration to create a supportive environment.

What We're Looking For:
• Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) with the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).

This position is subject to a criminal background check, TB test, Pre-employment Physical Exam, and immunizations during onboarding, all of which will be covered by Autism Learning Partners.
