Job Description
Position: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Lake Mary / Sanford
Arise Autism Center is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) for a center-based ABA therapy role serving children with autism in Sanford and Lake Mary, FL.
Pay & Benefits
• $20–$24 per hour
• Center-based position in Sanford, FL / Lake Mary, FL
• Consistent schedules (30-40 hours/week)

Responsibilities
• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism
• Implement behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Collect data and follow individualized treatment plans
• Use Natural Environment Teaching (NET) and DTT
• Collaborate closely with BCBAs and clinical supervisors
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active RBT certification (required)
• Active Florida Medicaid Provider (required)
• Ability to pass a Level II background check
• Reliable transportation
Physical & Environmental Requirements
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop, and engage in physical play for extended periods up to 6-8 hours per day.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently.
• Ability to physically support clients when needed for safety.
