What you will do:

The job of a Coke Florida Warehouse Supervisor entails managing the storage and transportation of received and dispatched materials.

Roles and Responsibilities:
• Handles direct reports comprising of 25-30 personnel in the warehouse
• Managing a team entails training, nurturing, regulating, and improving the competencies of team members
• Lead the daily activities of the warehouse team
• Plan Warehouse Personnel to Meet Facility Demand Levels
• Factor in space for stock rotation when organizing your inventory
• Provide support to ensure optimal inventory and minimize damage or loss risks
• Ensure that goods are properly secured, packaged, and labeled for transport
• Secure company assets
• To manage labor and OPEX budgets most effectively, organizations should make informed decisions based on relevant financial data

A positive attitude and willingness to learn are crucial, as the role requires flexibility and adaptability:
• The candidate pool for this job posting must have completed either high school or obtained a GED
• To be considered for this job, candidates must have a minimum of two years of hands-on experience in the warehouse or distribution sector

• To qualify for a warehouse or distribution supervisor position, candidates must have held leadership positions in these settings for a minimum of two years

• Advanced Excel experience
• Demonstrated familiarity with inventory control software and hands-on experience with SAP system an asset

There will be a considerable amount of physical work involved in this role, which means:
• The expertise to repeatedly move, lift, and adjust items that don't go above the weight limit of 50 pounds without any assistance is crucial
• This position demands the ability to perform tasks involving pushing and pulling items up to 50 pounds unaided. Movements will include kneeling, squatting, bending at the knees and reaching above and below different heights
• The capability to push or pull a manual transport equipment like hand-truck or pallet jack, loaded with products, repeatedly for a minimum of 100 yards without anyone's help
• Possessing the talent to manipulate repeatedly choices of variable dimensions and weights, necessitating finesse, motor abilities, and synchronous movements of the eyes and hands
• The capability to carry out physically demanding tasks for prolonged periods is important for people who work in jobs with long hours of demanding work
• Proficiency in Comprehending Texts of Multiple Font Sizes
• Being able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours while completing work tasks, with a maximum possible duration of up to 10 hours
• Being physically capable of walking for 4 hours during the workday
• Typically work in an indoor setting that experiences high levels of heat and humidity
• The proficiency to employ an audio device to understand directions articulated in English
