Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed clinicians to join our team of faith based clinicians!

Responsibilities
• Clinical Services: Provide individual, group, couples, and/or family therapy.
• Supervision (If applicable): Supervise LLMSWs and interns, offering guidance and support to foster their professional development.
• Caseload Management: Maintain a minimum caseload of 15 clients per week for full-time status. Part-time positions are available with shared office space.
• Documentation: Complete clinical notes and documentation in a timely manner using TherapyNotes.
• Professional Development: Participate in weekly group supervision, sharing areas of expertise with the team.
• Community Engagement: Optionally participate in community events and workshops.

Qualifications
• Licensure: Current LMSW/LLMSW or LPC/LLPC license in the State of Michigan.
• Experience: Previous experience preferred but not required.
• Specializations: Open to various therapy modalities and specialties.

Compensation and Benefits
• Clinical Services Compensation: 70% of billed services for full licensees, 60% of billed services for limited licensees.
• Supervision Compensation: Supervisors receive 25% of billed services for each intern they supervise and 10% of billed services for each LLMSW under their supervision.
• Billing Services: Provided with direct access to billing team for support and care coordination.
• Credentialing Assistance: Support with credentialing for various insurance providers.
• Administrative Support: Hands‑on training in all software and tools used, including TherapyNotes, Dropbox, Excel, Google Docs/Sheets, Gmail.
• Office Support: Daily support available for scheduling, intake concerns, and other needs.
• IT Support: In‑house IT support with specialized tools for budgeting, tracking, forecasting, and scheduling.
• Facilities: Office space near downtown Lansing, Michigan, with several therapy rooms, kitchen, group/conference/break room, and ample parking.
• Remote Work: Option for remote work (teletherapy) available; in-person preferred. Must reside in Michigan.
