Your Responsibilities:
Engage in playful learning while implementing individualized treatment plans Observe, interact, and collect data to produce progress notes Assist children in acquiring essential life skills such as motor, social, and emotional skills Collaborate with children to transform challenging behaviors into effective communication skills Make a positive impact in the life of a child!
Desired Skills and Qualities:
Previous paid experience working with children (e.g., camp counselor, daycare, nanny, school setting, ABA) is preferred High energy, playful, creative, and adaptable Dependable and trustworthy for clients and their families Physical ability to engage actively, including getting up and down off the floor Comfort with technology—familiar with data collection software and Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams) A commitment to learn, work independently, and provide top-quality care An interest in employing evidence-based methods that are scientifically proven to be effective
