Job Description
develop, implement, and monitor clinical trials for investigational drugs. Develop, implement, and monitor clinical trials for investigational drugs in collaboration with physicians and researchers.
Conduct comprehensive clinical reviews of investigational drugs and provide recommendations for their use.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and guidelines for clinical trials.
Review and interpret relevant research studies and data to inform clinical trial design and drug selection.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop treatment plans and make recommendations for patient care.
Provide medication therapy management and education to patients and healthcare providers.
Participate in drug utilization reviews and quality improvement initiatives.
Stay current on developments in pharmacology and clinical research to inform practice and recommendations.
Maintain accurate and organized records of all clinical trials and research activities.
Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other team members to ensure seamless care coordination.
Contribute to the development of new policies and procedures related to investigational drugs and clinical research.
Mentor and train pharmacy staff on investigational drugs, clinical trials, and research practices.
Represent the organization at conferences and other professional events related to investigational drugs and clinical research.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and ethical standards in all aspects of the job.
Continuously evaluate and improve processes and protocols related to investigational drugs and clinical research to enhance patient care and outcomes.
