Location: (serving Polk, Osceola, Orange, Lake, Volusia & Seminole Counties)
Job Type: Full-time / Part-time

Preferred Kids Services provides high-quality ABA therapy for children and adolescents with Autism, ADHD, behavioral challenges, and developmental delays. Our family-focused approach supports clients across home, school, daycare, and community settings.

Responsibilities
• Conduct assessments (BCBA) and implement treatment plans (BCaBA)
• Supervise and train RBTs and team members
• Collect and analyze behavior data
• Provide parent and caregiver training
• Collaborate with schools, families, and professionals
• Maintain documentation and meet insurance and HIPAA standards
Qualifications
• Active BCBA or BCaBA certification (BACB)
• Experience with private insurance & telehealth (preferred)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Spanish Speakers
Compensation & Benefits
• Pay: $70–$76 per hour
