Job Description

Key Responsibilities
• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy to children in a center-based or in-home setting.
• Implement treatment and behavior intervention plans as designated by the BCBA.
• Collect accurate and detailed data on client progress.
• Participate in team meetings and ongoing training.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional approach with clients and families.
• Uphold BACB ethical standards and center policies.
• Willingness to travel for in-home services.
Pay Range and Benefits
• $16.00 - $18.00 to start based on experience.
• Health insurance stipend or group coverage option (for eligible full-time staff).
• Paid training
• PTO and paid holidays for full-time staff after 90 days.
