Position Overview
We are seeking passionate and skilled therapists to join our rapidly growing practice. The ideal candidates will have a strong interest and/or specialized training in trauma treatment and be committed to empowering clients through both individual and group therapy.
Responsibilities
• Provide trauma-informed individual and/or group psychotherapy.
• Conduct clinical assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation.
• Collaborate with colleagues and participate in case consultation as needed.
• Engage in training opportunities and community outreach efforts.
• Adhere to the highest ethical and professional standards in social work practice.
Qualifications
• Master’s in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited university.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) in the state of New Jersey.
• Demonstrated interest or specialization in trauma treatment.
• Advanced trauma certifications (e.g., EMDR, TF-CBT, or others) a plus.
• Spanish-speaking ability a plus.
• Years of clinical experience a plus (new graduates with strong trauma interest will be considered).
Schedule & Employment Type
• Full-time and part-time positions available.
• Combination of in-person and virtual sessions.
Compensation & Benefits
• Competitive hourly rate or salary range based on experience and employment status.
• Clinical supervision provided for LSWs working toward LCSW.
