The ideal candidate will have outstanding people skills and therapeutic skills and preferably be a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), a Licensed Psychologist, a National Certified Counselor (NCC), or a combination thereof. We will also consider Registered / Unlicensed Psychotherapists and Counselor Candidates (LPCC, MFTC, SWC) who meet the criteria listed below.

About us: We have been in business since 2007. We currently have five Northern Colorado locations spread throughout Fort Collins, Loveland, and Windsor. We have a staff of 30 counselors, an Executive Director, a Senior Clinical Manager, four Clinical Managers, and an Operations Manager. We also have a mentorship / clinical supervision team and an administrative department of 16 individuals to support the clinical staff. The majority of our clients are adults and couples between the ages of 25 and 55, however we do offer extensive services to children, adolescents, and families as well. Basically, we serve people ages 3 to 93.

The optimal candidate will also have:
• A graduate level psychological counseling-related degree
• A license (or candidate registration) that is currently active in the state of Colorado
• Professional malpractice insurance
• Extensive expertise and experience in the field

This is a full-time position. This position requires flexible hours. Availability on weekdays, weekday evenings, as well as Saturday mornings and afternoons is ideal.

Compensation: Will be discussed in detail during the interview process. In addition to a guaranteed starting base salary range of $50,000.00 - $75,000.00 for our counselors (depending on experience), we offer monthly incentives that range from a minimum of $1,200.00 up to $2,334.00 (and potentially higher), which equates to $12,400.00 up to $28,008.00 (and potentially higher) on an annual basis. The guaranteed base salary has the potential to increase at a rapid pace during the first year of employment, based upon performance as well as being a great cultural fit with our team.
