Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with licensed Speech Language Pathologists to implement therapy plans and interventions.
• Provide direct therapy services to individuals with communication disorders.
• Document client progress and maintain accurate records of therapy sessions.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and other team members to ensure coordinated care.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or related field.
• Completion of an accredited Speech Language Pathology Assistant program.
• Florida license as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Compassion and empathy for individuals with communication disorders
