Job Description
Are you a compassionate, motivated professional with experience in behavioral therapy? Join our dynamic clinical team! We are seeking dedicated Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Behavior Technicians (BTs) who are passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and related developmental disorders.

Position Overview:
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), providing direct, individualized behavioral interventions to children with ASD. You will implement treatment plans tailored to each child, collect data to monitor progress, and contribute to enhancing their developmental skills and independence.
• Behavior Technician (BT): Our BTs work under the supervision of a BCBA or an RBT to support behavior intervention plans, assist in skill acquisition, and encourage positive behavior changes. This role is perfect for compassionate individuals looking to gain experience in the field of behavioral therapy.
